    I'm new to aspnet mobile and let me know that considerations should be taken into account when creating mobile applications,

    I read that not all mobile browser, support jscript;
    so I guess I should use jquery mobile

    quiesiera pro essential to know what I condiderar ue:
    do besides loading pages long and little information ...

    I wouldn't worry terribly much about mobile browsers that do not support Javascript as nearly every browser.

    Nearly most if not all major browsers will support Javascript (at least any of the ones that your users will likely be using).

    You should be completely fine with using jQuery or jQuery Mobile (jQuery depends on Javascript as well, so if the browser doesn't support Javascript, it isn't going to support jQuery either).
