How to resolve this error: "The wwahost.exe process started, but the activation request failed with error 'The app didn't start'.

Question

When I was trying to debug my html5/javascript app on visual studio, I got the error below. The blue mark part is a long string containing my app package name. Does anyone know what this error means and how to resolve it? Thanks a lot!
