BizTalk 2009 not creating the databases? RRS feed

  • Question

  • So, I am trying to install BizTalk 2009 (developer edition) on a Windows 10 machine, but when I try to configure BizTalk, I see that the databases are not created. I am using SQL Server 2008 (not R2) and Visual studio 2008 SP1. The installation don't yield any errors, and when I look at the logfile, I cannot see anything about the databases. All regular files are creted normally, but no sign of the databases.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is going here?
