  • Question

  • Hi All,

I've come across a question in a .NET framework quiz asking " Which was the first application block to be shipped by MicroSoft?"
Can anyone shed some light on the issue. I think the guys here are talking about the pre-Enterprise library era.

  • Hi Vijay.Chau,

Since the application block is the pre-Enterprise library era, official document cannot be found on MSDN. However, I found a website that refers to this topic.

The snippet about your issue from the website :
"The first one is for data access, and does the things mentioned above, including supports for XML data."

For more information, see: Microsoft Application Blocks for .NET

I hope this information will be helpful.

    Thanks
