Distorted UI on Power Bi App RRS feed

  • After login I see distorted UI.

    I am using Win 8.1 and accessing it using IE 11. I have tried Chrome and FireFox as well but it didn't work out

    Below are the errors on Chrome Console

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Unauthorized)

    According to your error massage, it should be caused by authentication. To use Power BI, authentication needs to be based on a particular user.

    For your issue, the first thing you must do is check if the credentials you are using are correct. You can try the following steps.

    1.the similar JavaScript sample username-password-sample.js.
    2.a resource value of https://analysis.windows.net/powerbi/api.    
    3.adding username and password to the parameters.json

    For another thing, maybe there are old credentials in the explore, you can clear the cache in chrome and check if it is successfully.

        From the “Menu” Menu Button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “More Tools” -> “Clear browsing data…“.
        Select “Menu” -> “Settings” -> “Show advanced settings…” -> “Clear browsing data…“.
