    I know something about OOP, and I'm interested in learning C# 2008 and ASP.NET 3.5.
    I don’t have much money, so I've downloaded several books that are available on the Internet (from MS Press, Wrox, Apress, O'Reilly, and others), but I don’t know which books are good for learning, so could you please help me choose a couple of titles on each topic so I can learn by myself?

    I’ll thank you a lot for your recommendations.

     The one book I would suggest would be Murach's ASP.NET 3.5 Web Programming with C# 2008 at http://www.murach.com/books/acs8/index.htm

    There is a sample chapter you can download.
