To set up AlwaysOn Feature on cluster environment how many VM's we would require.
We have already have 2 VM's for cluster but am not able to configure AlwaysOn.
Please Suggest.

Hi Satish,
Do you want to create AlwaysOn Availability Group in your scenario? If that is the case, when you create AlwaysOn Availability Group between standalone instances, you need to have at least 2 VMs because each availability replica of a given availability group must reside on a different node.
However, when you create AlwaysOn Availability Group for SQL Failover Cluster, you need to have at least 3 VMs. For more details about how to create AlwaysOn Availability Group between SQL Failover Cluster Instance and a standalone or a Failover Cluster Instance, please review this blog.
In addition, please post the full error message when you configure AlwaysOn Availability Group.
