How can I set up Visual Studio 2010 to publish to a remote web server via FTP and NOT take the site down? I want to make changes to a live site but I cannot have the web app taken offline. I just want changes and or additions published.

If you set the app to be precompiled then it replace all dlls so there is down time. Otherwise you have seperate code files and markup files and can just upload changes without it affecting the whole site.
