Inbound call volume forecasting add-on for CCF? RRS feed

  • I am considering designed an inbound call volume forecasting add-on for CCF (call volume forecasting is used to optimize staffing levels in call centers). We have already designed such an add-on for Vicidial, see

    Yet, I am very new to CCF; and I am really unsure where to start.

    Do you think that such an add-on make sense for CCF? (is CCF the right level to do that?)
    What approach would you suggest to provide such a feature?
