mailitem.save in outlook 16 / office 365 gives error sending the mail

i use
Set OutApp = New Outlook.Application
Set OutMail = OutApp.CreateItem(0)...
.Save
to send an email
if i do this , the mails is coming in the draft folder but i can not send it afterwards. it gives an error on the mailadresses
if i change .save in .display or .send , the mail gives no errors. even if , with display i save it in the draft folder.
the bodytext is html
how come ?

Is this a continuation of this previous discussion?
If so, you said before your code used to work prior to using O365? If so, are you saying you were using .Save before to actually send the email rather than .Send?

if you concatenate the mailadresses with ; and in the saved mail you look at the contacts properties , you see that it does not put the emailadress in E-mail address : but in display name
