How Do I Keep An Incident Report Open Even If It Is A Bug? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I raised an incident six months ago. The incident was credited back to me as it was determined it was a bug. Unfortunately, I have no way of determining the status of the bug or even if Microsoft will eventually fix it.

I would like to raise the incident again with the understanding that it will be treated as a user request not a bug so Microsoft will actually work on it and provide status information.

    How do I do that?

This forum is used to discuss about Access developing issue like Access Object model. There is no internal channel for us to connect Access product team. I would suggest you try Microsoft professional support.
