SETUP FAILS

Question

I have been using lenovo thinkcentre which is running windows server 2012.

I have been trying to install sql server 2005 enterprise edition but it fails to install database server with the error message:

The SQL Server service failed to start. For more information, see the SQL Server Books Online topics, "How to: View SQL Server 2005 Setup Log Files" and "Starting SQL Server Manually."
The error is  (1067) The process terminated unexpectedly.
Error Number    : 29503

Can anybody help??

SQL Server 2005 is not supported on Windows server 2012 but I guess it wont stop you from installation. I would like to say SQL 2005 is outdated and support for SQL Server 2005 SP4 will end soon( SP3 and later is clearly not supported)

As suggested please post summary.txt file output from location

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Files
