Website doesnot work properly when deployed but works fine in visual studio 2008 Why?

I have created a website and in it i have used a datepicker control downloaded from http://www.datetimepicker.net/ when i run this website in visual studio 2008 this control works but when i deployed this website on local iis server the website works but this control is not shown on the page. i tried to create setup project , copy website method, publish website method but this control is not shown on the page. What i am missing please help me to find the solution.

i have deployed this website on the localhost i am also using SpeechLib it is also not working. if you need more information please ask. i have to sort this problem as soon as possible.
