Question

I Like to create Dash Board  in Project Server 2007 (PWA) how i can done this job

Hello it depends :)
There are multiple ways of building dashboard in 2007 and 2010 depending on what software you have installed in your farm, what are your reporting skills and what is the exact business needs.
Out of the box you can easily create views with performance indicators for instance based on custom field formulas, but you can go a step further using SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel Services, PerformancePoint Services, etc...

You can create dashboard either using SSRS  , or you can write your custom code and with help of connectable web part you can design a dashboard kind of application.
