I am getting into WIN 8 on my Asus 1000HE Netbook.
I have a shortcut to GodMode on the Desktop and all of the links I have tried work. However I am unable to change the desktop resolution to better than 800 x 600.
In Win7 I run the older XP driver and I have a virtual screen of 1024 x 768 - at least I would like 1024 X 600 to allow my apps RHS buttons to be fully visible.
Patiently awaiting a 'HowTo' change the resolution to 1024 X 600.

Hi,
Try using the Windows 7 Driver from this page. It should work with Windows 8.

Assuming the driver works, you should be able to change the screen resolution.

Asus has Windows 7 video drivers for that model - have you tried installing them (if needed try compatibility mode)?
