Build windows phone app with server using socket.io

  • Hi, i'm write windows phone app with server using socket.io. I don't know how to connect to server?

    Windows phone will support Socket.io library?

  • I apologize, I did not understand the question.  You can use a StreamSocket class to connect to the server.  There's a sample here: https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windowsapps/StreamSocket-Sample-8c573931

    But in don't understand. do we need socket the library for app? 

    My server using express framework with socket.io. I'm writing chat app on windows phone, so how to use socket.io for client, now windows phone support UDP and TCP socket or i don't know more.

    I realy thanks if you can help me :)
