Driver signing needs an Azure AD account?

Question

I have a Microsoft Dev Center account and want to get a Windows 10 driver signed, but the process is seeming to indicate that I need to sign in with company Azure AD credentials. Is that right? I don't believe I have such credentials and don't know who within my company may have that. The process is not making it clear what I need to do and how to resolve the problem.

I agree its not clear, my recommendation would be to create a support case with Dev Center to get information about who at your company may have access and who your admin is to assist you.
