Change grid on Portrait view

    Question

  • I am wondering, if it is possible, to add one row to grid and replace one element from this grid in this row, when app is in portrait view. And reverse everything back, when in Landscape.

  • i would make two grids, for each orientation one. and then toggle the visiblity

  • if you look to the default gridview application that came with windows 8.0 this was the used method. I have here an sample that shows how you can use the visualstatemanager to switch between those views:
