"SQL Upgrade Wizard" for Azure SQL Databases?

Question

For years Microsoft provided an "Upgrade Wizard" that was used to detect issues that could prevent an (on premise) DB upgrade  from one version of Sql to another. Is there a corresponding Azure version that looks for issues with an on-premise DB that could block an upgrade to Azure SQL Database?

SQL Database Migration Wizard (SQLAzureMW) is designed to help you migrate your SQL Server 2005 (or greater) databases to Windows Azure SQL Database. SQLAzureMW will analyze your source database for compatibility issues and allow you to fully or partially migrate your database schema and data to Azure SQL Database.
