Can I use rotating URLs with ""? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I need to provide a preview for files in my app. I came across the "" which is great but only works with public files, which is not the case in my app. I think of generating a short lived URL to be used only to open the file however, this approach does not work with the Google version of file preview since it actually caches the file and indexes it.

My question is what is the case with  "". What happens with the file after it is uploaded, does it get stored somewhere? Does the rotating URLs approach makes sense here or it's useless like in the google case?
