Weather application for windows 8.1 app using c#

Dear All,

Actually i want to develop an application  for weather, in which i will get the  temp,time, Location, SkyConditions,wind and forecast for next 7 days including current day with images after entering city and country name, So please provide me solution .

For example. City Name : Delhi, Country : India

You'll need to find a web service which provides that information. There isn't a built-in weather API.
