Supress displaying XPS Printer Dialog RRS feed

  • Question

  • In my application i will invoke a Exceutable before calling a Print dialog. But when the printer is set to XPS "SaveAs" dialog gets displayed before than the executable using Win32.

How to supress the XPS Printer Dialog and invoke other executable first?

ordinarily the software stack for a virtual printer uses save-as so that the output can be placed as desired

  • Hi,

    From microsoft support:

To work around this behavior, you can access the Save As dialog box through the taskbar button. Or, you can press Alt+Tab to switch the focus to the dialog box.

    Refer to this:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2567869/en-us .

If it doesn't work for you, please feel free to let us know.
