Steps for new wince7 stream driver

Dear All,
I am new to WinCE Driver Development. I want to Develop stream driver in winCE7. I don't want to add create driver under BSP and subproject. So, How to create new driver so that work with any BSP on Wince7 platform.

I don't know what you mean by "don't want to add create driver under BSP and subproject"
But here Bruce explained in-detail how to create a new stream interface driver with all details.
Also, here you can get a stream interface driver wizard for WinCE by e101.
Here is their article on the same.
