Publish WEBAPI IIS Problem

I published my webApi on IIS , but when I run the app on the browser:

http://apidev.aut.test.com.br/token

Shows:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What can I do?

1) I registered IIS for asp.net 4

2) I put the app on apppool asp.net 4.

But still is not working..
