For MTM 2015, I don’t find official article about the new feature of it. You may check the MTM 2015 article directly.

On the other hand, there isn’t test controller for VS 2015 and the test agent for VS 2015 is used in VNext build, if you want to use lab environment in MTM 2015, please use agent for VS 2013 update 5.
