Problem with Arabic characters

Hello

I'm new in pocket PC programming. I make a simple Smart Device Project with Windows Mobile 5.0 pocket PC SDK template in visual studio 2008.

My project must work in Arabic language, thus I place a button on a form and type something in Arabic as its caption. In design time that caption shown right, but when I run this project in emulator environment that caption and every character of every message which typed in Arabic appears with square character. How can solve this problem? If somebody knows please tell me.
