Set ReadMe text file to open when VS project is open

Is there a way to set a ReadMe.txt file to open when the Visual Studio project is open?

I have a project that is going to be used amongst our team and would like the other devs to be able to see the ReadMe so they understand what the project is for and what it is made up of.

As I know There is no out of box approach but what you can do is to 

• Create a simple plug-in that will react on solution loaded
  • http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1496809/visual-studio-add-in-how-do-i-know-when-a-solution-has-finished-loading
• Then handle OnSolutionLoded event in plugin itself to open ReadMe.txt
• Distribute this plug-in in your team
