Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Live Account

We have a onsite AD infrastructure and this hooks into our Office365 setup.

We are about to deploy Windows Phones and to set these up we need a Microsoft Live account.

Are we able to use Azure AD to integration with our onsite AD and then use this for authentication into the Live account?
