Bootstrap with visual studio 2012

Question

Can we use Bootstrap css and js files to build metro ui interface for web application using visual studio. i have tried but getting debugging errors in js files and css styles are also not applied. any other pointers to build metro ui for web applications?

Please copy js or cs file to package and then refer to that in the page correctly. Any more question, please post some related code.
