No sizing recommendations showing + memory utilization % not coming thru RRS feed

  • I am unable to see any sizing recommendations or memory utilization % on my instances. How can I get access to these?

    Thanks for confirming that your accounts are active in Cloudyn.

    According to the FAQ about: Cloudyn Data Refresh Timelines at: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/azure/en-US/69f33ff4-a781- 
    It can take up to 24 hours to see cost data initially in Cloudyn after setup. It can also take up to 10 days for Cloudyn to collect enough data to display sizing recommendations.

    So, if you setup Cloudyn less than 10 days ago your sizing recommendations probably still propagating. If it's been longer than 10 days since you setup Cloudyn and you want us to check on your data on the back end, please update this thread with 4 characters of the account you used to setup Cloudyn and we'll see what we can find out.

  • Hi Arezou,

    Usage is collected for accounts with ARM credentials enabled, this allows us to also analyze data for sizing recommendations.

  • We do have that enabled and see green check marks next to each active Subscription ID. Is there another step we need to complete?
