How to capture screenshot for lock screen

How can I capture a screen shot for the lock screen in Windows 8?

You can use the simulator to capture screenshots. Use the camera icon on its tools pane.

Hi,

I don't know how to trigger the simulator to show the lock screen though. If I do window+L it locks the host device and I do not get a Lock option when clicking on my profile picture in top right of start screen.

Is there some other way to trigger the lock screen in the simulator?
