Microsoft for SQL Reporting Services integration with Sharepoint 2010? The issue is that, after integrating Reporting Services, users can’t access nor manage reports from Sharepoint. They get this error:
Error. The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized. Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation. Correlation ID: c1d67388-f12e-4a79-8068-4c22ff9c8127.
As far as I know, the 401 error often occurs when the user is not authorized to the Report Server. Based on my research, this error also can be caused by a number of other conditions.
In order to troubleshooting the 401 error, we can refer to the following points:
1. Make sure the user is able to connect to the Report Server.
2. If using Kerberos authentication, please make sure Kerberos authentication and Service Principal Name (SPN) is configured correctly.
3. If Kerberos authentication has been configured correctly, enable the Integrated Windows Authentication option in Internet Explorer.
If this issue still exists, please provide us more information about the issue. Such as the version of Reporting Service and what you have done before the error occurred. So that we can make further analysis and help you out.
