Failed HCK 2.1 "TDI filters and LSP's are not allowed" test in Win 8.1 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello there,

I've a generic USB driver to support Super Speed, High Speed and Full Speed USB devices. This driver is a KMDF driver. This driver is HCK certified driver till Windows 8.

I've started running HCK 2.1 test on Windows 8.1 (x86 & x64) machine. One test "TDI filters and LSP's are not allowed" on Windows 8.1 reports failure. The failure message suggested that the driver or driver installation has more than one TDI filter installed. I'm using WDF co-installer, is there any chances that co-installer uses TDI filter and causes this error?

Any pointers to solve this error is high useful.
