Combo box doesn't always show value when scrolling records RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have a combo box on a subform and for some reason when I am scrolling through my records it doesn't always show the value that it contains. It appears blank as if it does not contain any value. Has anyone ever come across this? What steps can I take to resolve it? Thank you in advance for any help.

  • Have you validated the underlying control source has value for the visible columns for the rows you say don't show any?

  • I am sorry I am not really sure what you mean.

If you mean does the control definitely contain data, then it does. Also there are no hidden columns in the control. It is simply a name combo box on a subform that contains data and when I scroll through the records (using the navigation buttons) sometimes the value is not visible in the combo box.
