    Question

  • I am using Microsoft Access 2007 in a Parallels virtual machine. When I run an Append Query, I get a message “Thus action or event has bee blocked by Disabled Mode”.

    ... make sure that the database file is located in a trusted location. A trusted location is a folder or file path on your computer or a location on your intranet from which it is considered safe to run code. Default trusted locations include the Templates, AddIns, and Startup folders. You can also specify your own trusted locations.
