Storing of Backup copies to Geo-redundant site RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is it mandatory to create a separate storage account in different data center to store the backup or just marking the storage replication to be Geo-redundant would suffice?

Answers

  • You don't need to create separate storage account.

Making primary storage account geo-redundant meets requirements.
