  • First disable foreign key constraints then import data. When you finish with import enable foreign key. Here is the link that can help you: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/gg282151

  • We have very large amount of data and we are unable to generate script.

we are using SQL Server R2 Management.

While executing script an exception is thrown. Cannot execute script - Exception of type 'System.OutOfmemoryException' was thrown.

  • Are you trying to script database with 'Data' option? If your database is huge, don't attempt to use this option.
