    Hi forum, I need help to convert this form to a mobile form. Simple when you know how, thanks for all good help!

    Use the following mobile controls on your mobile form: label, selection list and command button. I see you have table but I don't suggest you to use tables on mobile devices as there are many "interpretation" of table and you may face very nasty problems therefore.
