How can i combine metro-style GUI and traditional GUI in one application? RRS feed

    I want to understand: can I combine 2 GUI in one application like IE or i have to write 2 different .exe files? For example: if i have application in traditional way what should i do to add metro GUI to it?

    Hello,

    There are no supported ways for Metro style apps to communicate with Desktop apps.

    Generally speaking, we should write two separate applications, one for metro app and one for native application.
