HELP - looks like an error in the app checklist for a x86/x64 app that is not neutral nor has any arm binary...

    Question

  • We just tried to submit a labor of love from the past 18 months to the store but are encountering a nonsensical error message

Since your app provides packages applicable to ARM PC's (an ARM package or a Neutral package) you must choose the "Make this app available to all systems" DirectX feature level”

The binary uploaded neither contained a neutral package nor an arm binary so we are stumped that we cannot state our x86/64 bit app requires DX10 or greater.  Please help us as everything else is good to go, but it will not let us submit the app.  App in question is Sketchable.

    Thanks in advance,
    Ryan Harris

  • Help as there is a great x64/x86 app awaiting submission due to this one bug in the submission logic (or some really odd thing in one of our files we can't find).

We tried just uploading a x64 binary but the error still persists.
