    Unable to find an entry point named 'SetDpiAwarenessForDisplayModeText' in DLL 'wpfgfx_v0400.dll'.

    is there any answer for this?

    upgrade your dll, or re-register if it is suppose to be Win 10 compliant.

    There was no DLL.  I didn't have days to figure this out, so I rolled back to Win7. I think the DLL is part of the .NET Framework, which Win10 insisted was installed and up-to-date.  Yet Visual Studio still refused to launch.

    This topic can be closed as I have no intention of going anywhere near Win10 ever again.

    Welcome to ASP.NET forum.

    I upgraded my Windows 10 several months ago, it doesn't impact my Visual Studio 2015.

    VS 2013 won't launch after win10 upgrade

    For this issue, you can repair your VS 2013, and restart VS 2013 again, it might fix it.
