    1. Report generation of customer wise, Day-wise consumption of complete cost mgmt, resources, and suggesting optimization.

    2.  how to add the price in Indian currency, we bill the customer in Indian currency

    3. Is support available for India

  • Hello,

Thank you for using Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn. For CSP accounts you can view cost data at this time but not usage data or optimizations. This is due to CSP accounts not being able to add ARM credentials.

For the second question, the default currency of USD is the only option for CSP accounts. This is because we only calculate cost usage by $ rate IDs, so changing the currency symbol becomes meaningless. I apologize for any inconvenience and if you would like to submit these as feature changes, you may do so  on the Cloudyn Feedback page at: http://aka.ms/costmgmt/feedback.

On your third question, we do offer support for customers in India and you can open a ticket the following ways:

    ·         Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Cloudyn Legacy

    ·         Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Azure Cost Management

    Sincerely, Ben
