Hi SAP,
They have same effect, but they are generated in different ways.
Languages supported in packages corresponds to the following setting in manifest:
<Resources> <Resource Language="EN-US" /> <Resource Language="zh-cn" /> <Resource Language="FR-FR" /> ..... </Resources>
In the Additional Store listing languages section, you can click Manage additional languages to add or remove languages that are not included in your packages.Best regards

Hi SmokeAlarmPizza,
If you use Spanish (Americas), and it will cover all Spanish speaking countries in America. However regional differences can include differences in orthography (for instance, "color" versus "colour"), or dialect differences such as vocabulary (for instance, "truck" versus "lorry").So apps could have historically used a tag such as "en-US" that includes a region subtag. You could refer to How the Resource Management System matches language tags for more related details.Best regards

Thank you for responding.
One more question, there is a store listing language called Spanish (Americas). Am I correct in assuming this will cover all Spanish speaking countries in central and south America? That way I would not need a separate store listing for every region in the area.
