Is it possible to auto backup an Access 2010 database to different server on a network?

For your requirement, I think there are two ways, one is to copy the entire Access 2010 database file to different server, and another way you could use Application.CompactRepair method.

Based on your description, it seems your target path would not work. I suggest you check whether you could manually copy the file, and check the server path whether it is correct.
