Premium Verizon - Approval of new Rules taking 24+ hours RRS feed

  • I've created a simple http to https redirect, but my rule has been sitting with Pending status for over 24 hours. Is this expected?

    The CDN Manage site says "Approval of new Rules takes up to 4 hours." and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/cdn-rules-engine says "Rules changes can take up to 90 minutes to propagate through the CDN."

    Theres a chance theres a conflict within the rule that is stalling it. I will look into this for you.

    There was a syntax error which was causing the delay. This has been fixed by Verizon Support and should be active now.
