Cannot Create the service instance because the parent Service does not exist

Question

I have been trying to install powerpivot for SharePoint Feature in our SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Farm. I installed SQl for powerpivot instance called "POWERPIVOT" ssas instance in SharePoint App Server. It completed no issues. Then i started PowerPivot Config Window for SharePoint 2013, thats where i get the error:
"Register Powerpivot System Service on Local Server"
"Cannot create the service instance because the parent Service does not exist."
"Prerequisite check for execution failed. Farm is not in a valid state."
Then i checked my server this is what i found:
I have Powerpivot Services Working Properly, it is in running state.
Service Account for the instance is not local or Network Account it is FQDN Account.
So in this case what is the config wizard talking about? MSFT please show me some insight?
I then individually ran the script "
New-PowerPivotSystemServiceInstance -Provision:$true
This is what i got:
I dont get it, please help?

Hi octopus123,
Please ran the PowerPivot config tool to remove all features, services, etc. Then re-ran the tool.
