Error Code Microsoft Translation API RRS feed

  • The following error code appears when I try using the Microsoft Translation API

    TranslateApiException: Cannot find an active Azure Market Place Translator Subscription associated with the request credentials. : ID=5641.V2_Json.Translate.3AA8C4FE Feb 23, 2016 7:40:35 PM org.apache.http.client.protocol.ResponseProcessCookies processCookies

    I checked my subscription and I still have an active one. Not sure what is wrong, please help.

  • Hi,

    You can verify that you are subscribed to the Translator API, by going to your My Data page on Windows Azure Marketplace.  It may be that you have reached the maximum monthly volume limit and need to upgrade your subscription level.

    Try shortening your requests.  Currently, you can translate a maximum of 10000 characters. We recommend keeping each request between 2000 and 5000 characters to optimize response times.  There is not a limit to the number of requests per minute.

    I'm trying to figure out why I cannot register my application (memoQ) in order to have the pair Client ID+Client secret. I tried to register, but keeps saying:
