  • Hi,

I am using Bingmap with angular-map node module for one of the application, as i found using my network i will be able to access the map but when i redirect to the client firewall it is not loading the map and giving the error, kindly refer the attached image.

Kindly let me know, is it a error regarding the basic or enterprise related key ?

Also i won't be able to access below links, when i will be in the client firewall, please help me out for this.

  • Hi Vanshaj,

Please work with your network admin to allow REST API calls.  You attachment was lost but as Bing Maps is a rest service, as long as you can reach the node and provide your credentials you should get a response.

Note: The message above in your subject line is very common and it indicates your credentials are either mistyped or not reaching our servers.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl
