Create Organization / WSP Active Directory membership

Question
-
Hi,
I am pretty new to WSP, and am setting up a demo environment.
So far I have
- a server acting as "Website Panel Enterprise Server 1.1.2" and "Website Panel Portal 1.1.2". This server is not a member of any Active Directory
- a server acting as a domain controller in a "hosting domain". This server has "Website Panel Server 1.1.2" installed (as well as AD Domain services and all the prerequisites for WSP)I've sucessfully created
- Server consisting of ressources pulled from my domain controller. Under Active Directory Settings i switched to AD and entered the domain admins credentials
- Virtual server consisting of the above mentioned server
- Hosting plan which allows "system" (unlimited) and "hosted organizations" (1 organization, 1 domain, 10 users)
- a couple of costumers (Bob the Builder & Donald Duck).
When I go to create "Hosted Organizations" I get the following error message
Error creating organization. See audit log for more details.
Error creating organization. See audit log for more details. System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Exception: Error executing 'CREATE_ORG' task on 'bobthebuilder' ORGANIZATION ---> System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> Unknown error (0x80005000) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at WebsitePanel.Providers.HostedSolution.Organizations.OrganizationExists(String organizationId) at WebsitePanel.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at WebsitePanel.EnterpriseServer.OrganizationController.CreateOrganization(Int32 packageId, String organizationId, String organizationName) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
What could be wrong? All servers, btw, are 2008R2 SP1
Sincerely
Mikkel Andreasen

0x80005000 is a permissions error....
Make sure the service account for your app pool has the right domain permission. (Domain Admin)

Hi Jim,
Thank you - I actually got that part figured out yesterday I just forgot mark this as solved ... Sorry.
Still have some issues, though, regarding hosted organizations vs. hosted exchange organizations. But I've asked that question in the Enterprise forum.
Sincerely
Mikkel
