    Hi i have encountered this problem when i tried installing a software recently, below is the activity log. Thanks

It could be a temporary error(which resolves on retry), or disk corruption, or it could be something wrong with your network environment. In this case, I’d suggest you reinstall the application see how it goes, if it doesn’t help, contact your IT team and check your hardware and network.
